Eligibility & Insurance
We are pleased to provide medical care free of charge to patients covered by EU social security coordination regulations.
Important: Please present your valid European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) at the reception desk upon arrival to access these benefits during your stay in Poland.

• Monday – Friday    8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Weekends & Holidays    Closed (See Out of Hours)

Out of Hours Service
If you require medical assistance outside of our standard operating hours (after 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, or anytime on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), healthcare is provided by the designated Regional Out-of-Hours Service.
